Bibliomaniac's Book Club
Monthly suggestions for your Book Club with all you need to run a fun, interesting and biblio-tastic book club session!
My name is Katherine Sunderland and I am a bibliomaniac!
I love books - reading them, reviewing them and talking about them!
I started my blog bibliomaniacuk.blogspot.co in 2016, and this is where I share my book reviews, guest posts, author interviews and blog tour posts.
I run book events in the lovely Harpenden Arms pub where I live. Authors come along and chat about their books; people have a chance to buy the books, enjoy a drink, enter a raffle and mingle with the authors. See the Bibliomaniac Events page on this site for more details or drop me an email!
In 2017 I launched a virtual Bibliomaniac Book Club which is a monthly blog post for book clubs. I provide questions, discussion topics and lots of other things to help kick start any book group's book chat. Check out my blog or the Bibliomaniac's Book Club page on this site for more info.
I also work for No Exit Press, an Independent Publisher of Crime Fiction and all things noir!
Events from 2017 have featured Angela Clarke, Tammy Cohen, Rowan Coleman, Anna Mazzola, Chris Whitaker, GJ Minett, Simon Booker, Alex Caan, SJI Holliday, Leigh Russell, Cass Green, Jennie Ensor, Jessica Duchen, Kerensa Jennings, TA Cotterill, Jane Lythel, Eva Jordan, Helen Cox, Sue Moorcroft, Chloe Mayer and Jules Wake.

I run my Bibliomaniac events at The Harpenden Arms, Harpenden (30 mins from St Pancras by train).
Held in the evening, the events are about getting people together over a glass or two of wine to chat books! Most events involve four authors, a lighthearted panel style talk for about an hour and then a chance to buy the authors' books and get them signed!
It's a perfect evening for anyone who enjoys reading! Informal, relaxed and very very friendly! It works perfectly for book groups who fancy a night out - and it's a great way to choose your next read, either for yourself or as a book group!
Events are held in a private room that holds up to 60 guests. It has its own bar so people can enjoy a drink while they listen to the authors chatting about their novels!
Harpenden Bookshop sells copies of the authors' novels at the event, which people can then get signed.
Guests receive a goody bag, one free drink and entry to a raffle to win signed copies of the books featured in that event.
